Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Payment is required to reserve and schedule training lessons.
I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel/reschedule a lesson, please call or text 412-447-1017 and provide:
More than 72 hours’ notice: No fee.
24–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled lesson fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show: 100% of the scheduled lesson fee will be charged.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply because lesson times are reserved specifically for you and cannot always be filled on short notice.
Lessons never expire.
Refund period for unused lessons - 4 months from purchase date.
In-home lesson mileage fee:
$1 per mile (10 mile radius free) from my address. (round trip)
